With the shared love of all breakfast and lunch foods, owners Gavin & Leslie transformed their love of bagels into a mobile adventure with a food truck. Our inspiration came to us from traveling. Being from the rural midwest, it’s uncommon to find a bagel place since it’s mostly popular within bigger cities. We constantly found ourselves looking for a bagel spot. We looked at each other and said “come on let’s try to make some bagels, I mean how hard could it be?” The rest is history…
